Welcome to Plant-Based with B, where I am dedicated to promoting holistic health and wellness. My journey began from personal battles with severe depression, anxiety, and physical pain. Through extensive research, I discovered the transformative power of herbs and an alkaline, plant-based lifestyle, inspired by teachers including Dr. Sebi, Dr. Llaila Afrika, and Dr. Yahki Rapha Elohim.


My deep dive into holistic health began when I faced severe health challenges and a pivotal moment during a job application process. This led me to question our medical system and explore natural alternatives. The teachings of Dr. Sebi, a renowned herbalist and healer, profoundly influenced my path. His approach to healing through natural herbs and promoting cellular regeneration inspired me to transition to an Alkaline Whole Plant-Based Lifestyle.
